Free FGCU, Reaching out to students - 08 FEB 08

Mohamed Al-Darsani and Volunteers from the Islamic Center for Peace
set up shop at FGCU for the second consecutive week on Monday
February 11th
2008. The Centers intent is to establish a presence to the students
and faculty and to get a sense of how they perceive Islam. In
addition to setting up a display booth, educational literature was
made available to help educate and perhaps dispel any misconceptions
that may be held by some students. The display also helped to
promote the centers ongoing course Islam: A religion and a way of
life.
